Celanrefin started with a simple observation: most decisions fail not from lack of data, but from lack of structure. We set out to fix that.
From a narrow problem to a repeatable method
Celanrefin was founded to address a recurring gap we kept seeing across teams and clients: analysis that looked thorough on the surface but couldn't survive a second round of questions. Reports were long, but conclusions were fragile.
Rather than adding more layers of dashboards and slides, we built a process around a small number of steps applied consistently, with every assumption documented and every output traceable back to its source. That discipline became the foundation of how we work today.
What began as an internal method for handling our own projects gradually turned into the core offering of Celanrefin — a structured, transparent approach that others could rely on without having to take our word for it.
